Because we operate a drop shipping business, products may be shipped directly from 3rd party suppliers.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

If a package is lost in a transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing unless otherwise required by law.
